Bishop Robert F Durgan is the Secretary General of the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches Inc. Bishop Durgan also servers as the headquarters Diocese Director with churches throughout the southern California area. He assist the Presiding Bishop Henry B Alexander with the overall day to day operations of the fellowship. His other duties include oversight of the Regional and Diocese Directors and all Departments and Auxiliaries as a voice for the Presiding Bishop. When possible Bishop Durgan travels with the Presiding Bishop throughout the United States. Bishop Durgan is also the keeper of the fellowship seal and signs all certificates from the licensing & credentials department to have them ratified through the Office of the Secretary General. 

Bishop Durgan is also the CEO of Spiritual Life Ministries and Life Conferences with Bishop Robert Durgan, he is CEO of El Elyon Publishing Group that publishes Christian e-magazines such as Southern California Gospel. Worshiper, Kingdom Health, and Kingdom Singles. Bishop Durgan is also a master in the fine arts such as Oil painting, sculpture, Storyboard Artist, and Air Brush.
